Consultation is offered to faculty and staff on many topics related to research and regulatory compliance. EHS acts as a liaison for the institution with regulators and governing agencies on environmental, fire, and safety issues. Occasionally audits are performed in response to requests from the State or Federal government. EHS participates and coordinates emergency response exercises and trainings and is a part of the campus emergency response committee.
