Market Intelligence: Market environment (Government and funding context) Target numbers over 3 years (Home/EU/OS), including reference to ASNs (additional student numbers), if appropriate, and share of market Competitor analysis (with figures) – the analysis must include any competitive programmes offered/planned by the proposed partner(s) Recruitment information Please refer to Planning and Marketing as appropriate 3. Finance and Resources: Start-up costs: Are new resources required? Ongoing programme needs, e.g. staffing, administration, learning resources, accommodation, equipment, quality assurance… Consider English language support required for international students Income, e.g. student numbers, external funding streams Annex 1: Please liaise with your Department Finance Account Manager to complete the Programme Costing template. The complete costings must be appended to this document. 4. Risk Assessment: The findings of the Partnership Review, Initial Risk Assessment and if applicable, the off-site location report (i.e. for off-site provision), must be appended to this document.
