About the Presenter Debra Raybold, ACC Director, Memorial Brainworks, South Bend IN Debra Raybold has over 20 years of leadership and management experience in healthcare, business and non-profit industries. She is the Director of Memorial BrainWorks, a lifespan based brain health program within Beacon Health System. Debra is a certified Individual and Organizational Coach, a qualified Meyer Briggs Practitioner, and is certified in the Neuroscience of Leadership. Debra’s previously held positions include Chief Operating Officer for a large physician owned multi-specialty group, Executive Director of two non-profit agencies, and Director of Innovation for a multi-service line behavioral health organization. Debra received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of New Hampshire.
