DEVELOPMENT
EARLY CHILDHOOD CONFERENCE 2013
20 and 21 NOVEMBER 2013

INTRODUCTION
2013 marks a watershed year for the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA). As
the kindergarten and child care sectors come together as one early childhood community,

childhood community to embark on new transformational possibilities to enhance
children’s learning and developmental experiences through the quality of their
