RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and
specifications of the current CHSA/M&S rule book will be
conducted and judged herewith. To show in Medal classes
riders MUST be members.
In order to compete for CHSA annual year end awards, the
owner of the horse or pony must be a member of the CHSA
And the horse or pony must be registered with CHSA.
A copy of the M&S/CHSA Rule Book, class specifications,
Medal class specifications, and membership applications are a
vailable at the show secretary's office and online.
2.Every animal entered for competition shall be under the contr
ol of show management;but Fox Crossing Equestrian
will in no way be responsible for anyloss, accident or damage th
at mayoccur by fire or otherwise and it shall be a condition of en
try that each exhibitor, spectator, trainer and attendant hold
Fox CrossingEquestrian,ts members, employees and agents har
mless forany loss or damage that may occur to any persons,
animals or property at the show.
3.If any questions or disputes arise, same will be referred to the
steward & show committee, whose decision shall be final.
4.Exhibitors are responsible for having accurate and current me
mberships for all organizations which require the same. Any
fines levied againste horseshow for incorrect exhibitor
memberships shall be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
5.$50 Fee for any returned checks, or unpaid entries that must
be billed.
6. Entries close 48 hours prior to show Post entries $20.
7.Warm Up Trips open all day.Nonjudged. Multiple trips permitted
8. MGMT reserves right to cancel, combine or divide class if warranted.
9. MGMT also reserves the right to vary the officials, including
the judge if necessary, and to change the courses at
their discretion.
10. To be eligible to show in a Stake or Classic, exhibitors
must enter and show and complete the course in at least 2
over fences classes in that division.
11. We request that you LEAVE DOGS HOME. Any dogs on the
property MUST be leashed andunder control
*Stake/Prize $ is based upon a min of 6
entries. MGMT reserves the right to adjust
prize $ if less than 6 entries.
Stake Payout 1-$75, 2-$55, 3-$35, 4-$25, 2-$15 1-$5.

Medals, Stakes and Classics: $35.00
