Sciencebuzz.my Poster Contest applied (as attached and published in the
portal). If it is found that my poster is not original, the organizer reserves the right
to disqualify my participation.

GUIDELINES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Choose one Sciencebuzz.my article as a topic for your poster.
Posters submitted will not be returned.
Poster submitted must be your own creation/ work.
Copyrighted characters or brands (i.e. Superman, Coke, etc.) or copyrighted clip
art are not allowed.
5. There are no limitations to your creativity.
6. Poster can be either landscape or portrait, in A3 size (420 mm × 297 mm ).
7. Poster must be submitted in either JPG File or PDF File latest by 28 July 2014
together with your signed verification form.
8. Posters submitted will become the property of Sciencebuzz.my. Entrants assign
all rights, including all copyright to Sciencebuzz.my.
9. If your poster is selected, we would required you to submit the original work
[example: hardcopy/ Adobe Photoshop file (.psd)/ Adobe Illustrator file (.ai)]
10. 70% of the results is based on the judges’ decision while another 30% comes
from public votes.
11. Posters will be judged on their originality, creativity, visual effectiveness,
sensitivity and relevance to the content.
12. Judges’ decisions are final.
13. Voting session will be opened to the public for 3 weeks, from 14 July (10.00
am) until 4 August 2014 (5.00pm) in www.sciencebuzz.my.
14. Each winner is eligible for one prize only. All winners will be notified by phone
and e-mail.
15. The list of winners and their poster will be posted on the portal (Sciencebuzz.my)
by 20 August 2014.
16. Prizes are not transferable/ exchangeable.
17. Sciencebuzz.my reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions
where deemed necessary.
