Sec 1 Performance Task 2
Task: introduce 2 members of your family
& present the activities you do with your family over the weekend in French.
Instructions to students:
You may choose the format of your assignment (e.g. booklet, poster, leaflet, Powerpoint
presentation, comic). Your completed assignment must be printed out and handed in on
time to your teacher by the deadline (no submission by e-mail).
The quality and tidiness of your work is a component of your final mark. You have
to include illustrations, pictures, etc. Your text can be handwritten or typed. Do not forget
accents and punctuation; your handwriting must be legible. Your finished work must be neat
and properly presented with your name and MOELC centre class.
Due date: Term 3 Week 1 (29th June - 3rd July), on the day of your French lesson
The task includes two sections:
1) First, introduce two members of your family.
For each member, you have to indicate all these following details, but be sure to make your
content relevant and coherent. Use the phrases learnt in class and refer to the marking
scheme.
For each person, you must include: - a physical description,
- a character description,
- their profession.
2) Secondly, present your routine and the activities you do with your family over
the weekend.
For this section, you must include: - at least 2 pronominal/reflexive verbs related to your
routine,
- at least 4 activities,
- at least 2 expressions of time
Your final work (sections 1 & 2 altogether) must be between 100 and 120 words.
