 Participation in the “Support for farmers’ Cooperatives” Research Project.
Funded by the European Commission the project provides a comprehensive description of the current
level of development of cooperatives and identifies/proposes specific support measures and initiatives for
promoting cooperatives in the agricultural sector.
 Data mining and information analysis for the operational plan of the Greek Ministry of Rural
Development and Food : “Bundle of agricultural products”.
 Generating Sector Briefs for the major agricultural products (the sector briefs highlighted
important information in a concise way to assist/facilitate decision making for investment in the
particular sector).
 Liaison with greater public sector Authorities and Independent Enterprises in terms of
identifying research projects in which Agricultural Economics and Policy Research Institute
could participate.
