Tuesday – October 18, 2011 Spelling – Unit 7 Affixes Go over the meaning of the different prefixes and suffixes used. Introduce new words. Write words three times each…1-15. Do page 56. Reading – Introduce story…”The Treasure of Lemon Brown by Walter Dean Myers.” Add notes about foreshadowing and flashbacks. Go over what terms to look for when looking for these elements.
