MRI – Magnetic Resonance Imaging St. Anthony’s Signa MR/i provides powerful diagnostic images while improving patient comfort – especially for patients who don't like the feel of a traditional closed MRI. The Signa MR/i is shorter than a typical MRI providing a more open feel without sacrificing performance. Its higher gradient strength makes this MRI two to three times faster than other machines, which means it takes less time to complete scans – a real plus for patients. The Signa MR/i provides superb imaging of the bones, spine and blood vessels. It can detect a stroke in its earliest stages, provide high definition pelvic imaging, and can be helpful in early diagnosis when other tests have come back inconclusive. Questions? For more information about our MRI, contact the St. Anthony’s Diagnostic Institute between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at 405-272-6688.
