On Tuesday, March 9, 2010, at 9:05am the Consultants' Qualifications Board (CQB) met on
the 8th floor of City Hall in the Eola Room, 400 S. Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL. The
following individuals were present:

Alan Oyler, Director of Public Works
The Board had 10 firms submit for Gore Street Streetscape Design Services Contract.
Seven of the engineering firms were qualified in one or more of the following categories
#46 (Highways; Streets; Airfield Paving; Parking Lots), #59 (Landscape Architecture) and
#206 (Civil Engineering). After review and discussion Kevin Walsh moved to qualify C3TS
in categories #46, #206, MSI Design #59, and NFC Landscaping #59, Tom Connery
seconded, and all voted in favor. Next, Tom Connery made a motion to submit all firms to
the Selection Committee, Kevin Walsh seconded and all voted in favor.
