Squares, Grouping Method
I. Solve a quadratic equation by factoring by using the Zero Product Property.

K. Find the x-intercepts of a quadratic function by factoring.
L. Solve a quadratic equation by the Square Root Method.
M. Solve a quadratic equation by using the Quadratic Formula.

VI. Rational Functions (5-6 days)
A. Simplifying Exponential Operations using exponent rules:
Power Rule, Quotient Rule, Negative Exponents etc.
B. Simplify rational expressions
C. Multiply & divide rational expressions
D. Add & subtract Rational Expressions
E. Solve Rational Equations
VII. Radicals & Rational Exponents (8-9 Days)
A. Simplify square, cube & fourth roots of whole numbers
B. Simplify square, cube, fourth roots of alg expressions
C. Multiply & divide radical expressions, simplify
D. Rationalize the denominator of radical expressions (when necessary)
E. Add & subtract radical expressions, simplify
F. Rationalize denominator for binomial radical
