Coordinate installation with adjacent work to ensure proper sequence of construction. Protect adjacent areas and landscaping from contact due to mixing, handling and application of materials. C. Surface Preparation: following. Comply with manufacturer's printed instructions and the 1. Remove all bond-inhibiting materials including oil, mildew, dust, dirt, efflorescence, and laitance. 2. Surface must be dry at time of application, frost-free and within the published application temperature range for the product being used. 3. Cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete and stucco surfaces must be properly cured and minimum 28 days old or have pH less than 10 before application of StoCoat X-black coatings.
