Students with disabilities engaged in a range of charity fundraising events College wide. They also participated in other functions such as carol services. 7.1.4 Continue to implement reasonable adjustments for students and staff with a disability. Ongoing. During the academic year 2014-2015 90 members of staff attended training which focussed on antidiscrimination. Also in March 2015 training in disability awareness for customer facing staff was organised on a pilot basis and attended by 20 members of staff in Omagh campus. Further sessions planned for other campuses. 7.2.2 Provision of bespoke training to staff to address specific needs of students with a disability Ongoing Based on identified need reviewing the provision of training to relevant staff.
