Connecticut, New York and Rhode Island. Our schools are focused on providing scholars with the academic and
character skills they need to graduate from top colleges and to serve as the next generation of leaders in our
communities. Achievement First currently operates 29 schools and will open 10-15 additional schools over the next five

Achievement First is currently looking for hard-working, thoughtful, and education-minded folks to join our incredible
Operations Team as Assistants to the Principal. The school-based Operations Team is a cornerstone of the Achievement
First model, and is designed to support the Principal in non-instructional obligations so that she/he can focus almost
exclusively on student achievement and the professional development of the teaching staff. Ideal candidates are highly
personable, systematic, and extremely organized worker-bees, who deeply believe in the Achievement First school
model and are committed to helping build a network of high-performing schools. The Assistant will support the Principal
and will work closely with other members of the school and leadership teams on various tasks and projects. Note: In
some schools, many of our families are of Latino backgrounds and so we strongly prefer a candidate that is fluent in
Spanish.

Achievement First is currently expanding in the Rhode Island and Connecticut and we’re looking for amazing Talent
Recruiters to work in our network support office. The Achievement First Recruitment Team ensures that mission-aligned
teacher of the highest quality join the Achievement First network. Reporting to the director of recruitment and working
in partnership with other recruiters, this person will guide strong candidates through the selection and hiring
processes. This position provides the ideal candidate with the opportunity to impact the greatest determining factor of
a child’s educational success: teacher quality.
