Things to do together!
A few ideas for activities you and you mentee might enjoy. If you go to any, how about you

Holburne Museum
Portfolio Group for GCSE students, fortnightly during term times, £9.
This art class offers 14-18 year olds the opportunity to develop their artistic skills and
techniques outside of school in a relaxed and supportive group. Experiment with new
materials and media, be tutored by experienced artists and educators, and engage with the
museum’s collection and exhibitions, including taking inspiration from our programme of
contemporary art installations.

Bath Rugby
Bath Rugby Foundation may have vacancies for charity bucket collectors who get free tickets
for home games in return for collecting, all by prior arrangement. Over-14s only and mentees
must be supervised one to one. Email volunteering@mentoringplus.net if you’re interested.

Local youth centres
Peasedown Youth Hub, Southside and Riverside youth centres in Bath are all venues which
may be ideal for a mentoring session involving cooking, study or working together on
computers. If this kind of venue would be useful, please call your practitioner for location
advice and we may be able to help.

furniture, pictures and
objects that form the
museum collection of
No. 1 Royal Crescent.
We work closely with this
working farm set up to
give young people access
to animals, growing and
open air enjoyment, and
you may be able to use
their facilities by prior
arrangement especially
during school holidays.
