Rob Delaune, P.E. is currently a Vice President with Digital Engineering. He manages the Coastal and Environmental Divisions of Digital Engineering. He has 12 experience in the industry in many areas including coastal restoration, water treatment and water distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, drainage and environmental permitting. He has a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Coastal Engineering Certificate from Old Dominion University. He is a registered professional engineer in Civil Engineering in Louisiana and Mississippi. He is a member of ASCE, APWA, and ACEC. Andrew Woodroof, P.E. is currently a Project Engineer with Digital Engineering in Kenner, Louisiana. He has experience in a large range of hydrologic, hydraulic, and coastal engineering related projects including wetland design, levee inspection and design, coastal zone wave data collection and analysis, shoreline monitoring, breakwater design, and breakwater performance analysis. He graduated from Louisiana State University in 2008 with Bachelor’s of Science degree in Civil Engineering and completed his Master’s of Science degree in Coastal and Ecological Engineering in 2012. Andrew is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and serves on the Young Professionals Committee of the Coasts, Oceans, Ports, and River Institute (COPRI) Louisiana Chapter.
