ABC Book Research Project
Project Objective:
 To display knowledge of the American Revolution in an ABC book format.
Project Directions and Requirements:
 You will conduct research in order to make an ABC book that discusses a
variety of topics related to the American Revolution.
 Your book must have:
o A cover with a title, illustration, and your name
o 26 pages (One page for each letter of the alphabet).
o Each page will include:
 The alphabet letter (large, bold, and decorated)
 A vocabulary word, phrase, person, or other topic that starts
with that particular letter of the alphabet. You should
include the Major events, People, Ideas, Quotes (FROM THE
REVOLUTION ERA), Acts, Groups
 A drawn illustration of the word, phrase, person or selected
topic.
 Three to five sentences that creatively explain the chosen
topic for the letter.
 You will be graded on:
o Content accuracy of the illustration
o Use of Academic Vocabulary
o Knowledge of the American Revolution
