I want to ensure my puppies are matched with the best home for each of them. Therefore could you please
take a few minutes to complete the following? There is no right or wrong answer; this helps me determine
what puppy would best fit the environment that you can provide. This questionnaire is also used when
puppy selections happen.
All BakerBay pups are placed as family companions and will be placed on an AKC limited
registration. No breeding or showing rights.
Any open registered BakerBay pup will be placed with a co-ownership contract to ONLY
KNOWN experienced breeders or show exhibitors.
