EXAMPLE PRE-REGISTRATION TIMETABLE Each pre-registration will have an allocated pre-registration tutor throughout the 12 month period. In the initial 6 months training, you will have a supervisor for each of the following areas: dispensary, dispatch, medicines management, technical services and medicines information. There will also be rota’s activities for which you will be responsible including a daily antibiotic/VTE sweep on the Emergency Admissions Unit and ward stock management. In the second 6 months training we would expect you to have completed competencies in the dispensary and medicines management and you will continue to support the department in these areas.
