SFA BASKETBALL SUMMER CAMP June 24-27 2013
The SFA basketball camp is designed for boys and girls entering grades 1-8. The
goal of camp is to improve individual skills as well as instruct on the basics of the
team game. Game strategies, rules, and terminology will be discussed as well.
Campers will play a variety of games designed to improve their shooting, free
throws, passing, and ball handling. Team games will be played and officiated by
older players and coaches. Individual and team prizes will be given at the end of
the week. Monday is sports team day (wear favorite team jersey or shirt). Tuesday
is SFA day wear SFA/orange gear. Wednesday is Crazy Hair day. Thursday will be
our tournament/championship day.

CAMPERS GET A WATER BOTTLE AND CAMP T-SHIRT!
Camp will be held in the St. Francis gym on Monday June 24th-Thursday June 27th. The 1st,
2nd, 3rd and 4th grade boys and girls will run from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. The 5th, 6th, 7th and
8th grade boys and girls will run from 11:30 until 1:30 pm. The cost of the camp is $75 per
camper ($15 discount for each additional child) This includes a drink at the end of each day, the
orange SFA camp shirt and a sport bottle (If application is received by 6/14/13). Please have
rides arranged ahead of time.
I will accept application up to and including the first day of camp but to guarantee a shirt and
bottle the application must be received no later than Friday June 14th.
