Purpose of Assignment:
To produce 2 Video Documentaries (each 7 – 8 minutes) that will tell -through the eyes of two young girls-,
the story how the education they received impacted their lives positively and the struggle they and their
families went through in order to be able to go to school
Supervisor (must be staff member): Chief of Education Section
Development of a draft workplan, including a timeframe, description of the methodology and with clear
assignment of roles and expectations for support from UNICEF Turkey, to be approved by the
supervisor: (all costs should include rates of technicians)

Research of the location #1 and selection of the to be filmed child/youngster, including obtaining a
permission (consent form) signed by the parents/legal guardians if younger then 18 years: (location to
be decided by UNICEF) (all costs should include rates of technicians)
Please note that Travel and Per Diem will be covered by UNICEF.
Interpretation cost (Turkish – English) will be covered by UNICEF.
