Dear Uplift Hampton Families,
Can you believe we’ve already wrapped up our first semester? The last 5 months have been filled with
much joy, laughter, fun, and of course, amazing learning! In January 2015, you will receive important information
to complete Re-Enrollment via email for the “2015-2016” school year. Special instructions and student codes
will be provided. We are asking all families to complete online re-enrollment by March 31st, 2015. This will
help us ensure that your child’s enrollment spot is secured for the next school year, as we draw the lottery for future
scholars to join the Phoenix family! We will provide online re-enrollment support at the school, as needed. Please
do not hesitate to ask.
If you and your family decide on another educational opportunity for your child, please let us know in writing by
completing the section below and returning to the school front office as soon as possible.
