chapters, and the ASDAR. Information on what to store, how to prepare records for
storage, fees, schedules for storage, etc. located in the Record Storage Guidelines on the
ASDAR members only website. ASDAR Records are collected for storage twice a year at
the (1) Board of Management Meeting in August, and (2) Arkansas State DAR
Conference in March. If you have records to be placed in the storage facility and need a
box, or if additional records need to be added to a box already in storage, contact
Junelle Mongno (junellemongno@yahoo.com). More information about storing chapter
records can be found at ASDAR Forms & Documents on the state members only website
(currently under State Historian forms) and on the NDSAR Members Only site.
