have built a reputation as a friendly, fun place to shop for quality products. We're a leading dealer for popular accessory lines
including Brighton, TOMS Shoes, Spartina 449, Trollbeads, Vera Bradley, and various other fashion jewelry and gift lines.

team.

DUTIES
* Create an inviting store atmosphere where customers feel welcome and special
* Make customers comfortable by adapting your sales approach to their shopping preferences
* Engage with customers to assess their needs accurately and match them with products that best meet those needs
* Build customer confidence by explaining product features and benefits accurately. Excellent Product Knowledge is key
* Develop long-term relationships with customers by going "above and beyond" to make their shopping experiences memorable
* Resolve customer questions and concerns proactively and with integrity
* Make shopping exciting and fun by supporting sales promotions and events
* Complete customer orders, repair requests, and inventories accurately
* Maintain the visual appeal of our store by Checking in, restocking, organizing, and displaying products well
* Cleaning various areas of the store including restrooms and taking trash and boxes to the dumpster
* Ring Up Sales and wrap gifts beautifully to reinforce Primrose’s brand in the marketplace
* Use your time cleaning, straightening, and organizing when not serving customers
* Work together as part of a team with other sales associate to meet team goals and being accountable to other team members
SALES ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS
* Friendly outgoing person of high integrity who genuinely enjoys helping people and making sales
* Strong work ethic and accountability to the company and other employees

Ability to work easily with a diverse group of people and enjoys working with various personality types
* Well-developed interpersonal, listening, and communication skills

Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

Able to stand 8 or more hours/day, bend and twist, climb ladders, and lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds
*
Personal appearance is fashionable and professional at all times and does not include any visible body piercings or tattoos
* Willing to work every Saturday, and at after hours events and holidays
* Computer skills
SCHEDULE
Please apply if you are available to work two or more full days per week with Saturday as one of those days and you are
seeking long term employment:
Typical workday 8-9 hours 9:45- 6:15
Daily start and end times may vary depending on store needs.
Typical Saturday work schedule is 7 hours 9:45-4:30 Store Hours 10 until 4
After Hours Events require additional hours
