TO: ALL VISITORS, VENDORS AND CONTRACTORS
Welcome to Nor-Cal Beverage Company’s West Sacramento facility. Please find below the Nor Cal Beverage
Company’s good manufacturing practices, rules and regulations. The safety of our products, employees and
visitors is paramount to us; therefore, compliance with these requirements is mandatory. Failure to comply will
result in you being asked to leave the work area or facility immediately.
Sign In

Each visitor must register with the Receptionist in the Main Office. Truck drivers must sign-in at the truck
entrances.

CONFIDENTIALITY – When you sign in, you are agreeing that anything seen or heard in the plant will be
treated confidentially and not shared with others.

A Nor Cal employee must accompany all visitors entering any Nor Cal Beverage facility, particularly
production and storage areas.

All visitors shall be provided with a numbered badge. The number will be logged in on the sign-in sheet and
the badge shall be worn at all times while in and around the facility.

Please contact your host to report any emergency.

All visitors must sign out and return the badge when leaving the plant.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Safety is our #1 priority at Nor Cal Beverage Company. We expect each visitor to follow PPE requirements
throughout the plant.

Safety glasses, hearing protection, hairnet and beard net (if have a beard or moustache) are mandatory
throughout the plant, except in the administrative area and break rooms. PPE is available from the
receptionist or your host.

Open toed shoes are not acceptable (Not available through receptionist or host).
Environmental

Contractor/Vendors are responsible for the removal and proper disposal of any hazardous materials and/or
chemicals they have brought into the facility.
Safety

Each visitor entering the production area shall stay inside the Safety Walkways as marked by yellow lines.

Each visitor shall be aware of forklift traffic and use overhead mirrors at the intersection.

Shorts, sandals, tennis and open toed shoes are not permitted in the facility.

Do not attempt to touch any machine or equipment unless you are an authorized contractor.

Good Manufacturing Practices

All jewelry and loose items must be removed. Jewelry is not allowed in processing areas. This includes but
is not limited to necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and watches. A ring band is permitted if covered by a glove.

Phones, cameras or other personal belongings are not allowed in the plant without management approval.

No food, drink, gum or candy is allowed in the plant, except in authorized break rooms.

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

No animals are allowed in the plant.
Emergency Evacuation Procedure

Please review the Emergency Evacuation Map located in the visitor’s waiting area and familiarize yourself
with the emergency routes and assembly area.

Emergency evacuation maps are posted throughout the plant. In the event of an emergency, please exit the
building through the nearest available exit and walk to the 1955 Cebrian parking entrance or 2286 Stone
Blvd parking entrance.

Management will account for all personnel in the building. Do not leave the assembly area until the “All
Clear” is announced.
Confidentiality

By signing the visitor’s register, the visitor desiring to tour the manufacturing facilities of the Nor-Cal
Beverage Company, Inc West Sacramento, CA Plant will abide by the rules as set forth above.

In consideration of my admission to the premises of Nor-Cal Beverage Company, Inc. West Sacramento,
CA Plant, I agreed to hold in strict confidence and not to divulge to any other person or entity all proprietary
information observed by me or disclosed to me by Nor-Cal Beverage Company personnel.

This includes information that relates to Nor-Cal Beverage Company past, present or future research,
development and business activities or any client customer to whom Nor-Cal Beverage Company provides
services and/or materials. I will not remove any document, material or equipment, nor photograph or
record any data without specified written permission from a duly authorized representative of Nor-Cal
Beverage Company.

This agreement of confidentiality will terminate only when Nor-Cal Beverage Company proprietary
information becomes public knowledge.
