I work full time. So its not easy to get to see my doctor in working hours. So that would be it for me.
Appointments from 8am and again until 7pm.
More to entertain children whilst waiting eg books (that you don't need to pay for), jigsaws and toys
for little ones? The beads are great for older children but don't hold younger children's attention for
long!

There's nothing I would change
Really nothing could be changed. The nurse I saw was by far the most caring and attentive nurse I've
come across (heather?). Genuinely made to feel cared for and your staff are a credit to you. Couldn't
wish for more.

Try to improve waiting times. My treatment and care is very good. Dr raj is a very good and caring dr.
He does all he can to help cope with my conditions.
Maybe have your results of blood test sent to your phone

Supply water cooler in waiting areas. And maybe tea or coffee vending machine. If you shop around
you will possibly discover a vending company that would supply the water cooler free of charge. And
the tea & coffee machine on a "free to you" deal.
