Outcome Objective: By Fall 2013, 100 percent of colleges, libraries and divisions will develop 3- year diversity goals aligned with the Institutional Diversity Action Plan. Measure: 100% participation by all colleges/libraries/divisions as monitored through TracDat Outcome Objective: By Fall 2013, increase the number of students, faculty, and staff reporting positive perceptions with the campus climate. Measure: Number of faculty, staff and students reporting positive perceptions with the campus climate Outcome Objective: By Fall 2013, increase the number of educational offerings that demonstrate inclusion of multiculturalism/diversity training and awareness for faculty and staff. Measure: Multicultural/Diversity Awareness implementation guidance and incentives from EDC; Commitment from college, division library leaders Outcome Objective: By Fall 2013, increase support for outstanding efforts to support diversity. Measure: Creation of the program Measure: Number of people recognized and or rewarded annually Goal 2: Increase access and success in higher education among underrepresented students. Outcome Objective: By Fall 2013, increase the number of underrepresented students who meet the admissions criteria and apply. Measure: Number of underrepresented students who apply to ECU Outcome Objective: By Fall 2013, increase retention, persistence and graduation rates of underrepresented students. Measure: Retention, persistence, and graduation rates of underrepresented students Outcome Objective: By Fall 2013, increase the level of awareness among underrepresented students of ECU’s merit based scholarships for undergraduates, Honor’s College scholars, and graduate/professional schools.
