All bookings must be pre-paid, 30 days net invoice or no later than 7 days prior to the course start date,
whichever is the soonest.
Bookings cannot be cancelled outside of Focus Health and Safety’s standard Terms & Conditions, without
payment of a 25% administration fee. Full Terms & Conditions available on our website.

Delegates are welcome to bring a HAV meter to the course. This is not a requirement and 1:1 software training
is not part of the schedule, however, it may be preferable for delegates to use their own equipment during
