Project C 466 – The Working Group approved, with some amendments and questions, the
English version of the scheme as proposed in Annex 68 (see the Technical Annexes below).
Comments were invited on:
-
the nature of the reference in group A61B 5/117 not only limited to fingerprinting
aspects and the solution suggested by the EPO to introduce Notes instead;
the English title of group A61B 50/13; and
whether group A61B 50/39 should have three dots or four dots.

Rapporteur was invited to submit a consolidated rapporteur proposal and an updated RCL.
Comments were invited on the CRL of Annex 70, the French version of the scheme in
Annex 68, English version of definitions in Annex 64 and French version of definitions in
Annex 67, followed by consolidated proposals.

Des observations ont été demandées
-
sur la nature du renvoi figurant dans le groupe A61B 5/117 s’il n’était pas limité
aux aspects de prise d’empreintes digitales et sur la solution suggérée par l’OEB
tendant à introduire des notes à la place;
sur le titre anglais du groupe A61B 50/13; et
sur la question de savoir si le groupe A61B 50/39 devrait être un groupe à trois
ou à quatre points.
Le rapporteur a été invité à présenter une proposition de synthèse et une table de
concordance révisée.
Des observations ont été demandées sur la table des renvois croisés figurant à l’annexe 70,
la version française du schéma figurant à l’annexe 68, les définitions figurant à l’annexe 64 et
la version française des définitions figurant à l’annexe 67, en vue de l’établissement de
propositions de synthèse.
