DRAINAGE RATES AND SPECIAL LEVIES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to the Land Drainage Act 1991, the above
Board on the 30th January 2015 resolved that the amounts to be raised by means of drainage
rates, in respect of agricultural land and agricultural buildings, and special levies on local
charging authorities, for the financial year commencing the 1st April 2015 are as follows:
(i)
By drainage rates in respect of agricultural land and agricultural buildings a total sum of
£862,351,
(ii)
by special levy on the East Lindsey District Council a total sum of £2,602,834, and
(iii)
by special levy on the North East Lincolnshire Council a total sum of £7,519.
and further, that on the 30th January 2015 the Board made a drainage rate of 14.24p in the
pound in respect of agricultural land and agricultural buildings for the financial year
commencing 1st April 2015.
