Terms and Conditions
1.
The course fee for the Advanced Certificate in Cardiopulmonary Physiotherapy 2013 is:
 SGD 3,785.00
 SGD 3,460.00 (for Singapore Physiotherapy Association [SPA] members)
Course fee is inclusive of 7% GST
2.
Course fees must be submitted to the Postgraduate Allied Health Institute before registration is
confirmed.
3.
ACCP workshops taken before applying for the full ACCP certification course will NOT count towards
certification requirements unless participants have taken said workshops’ assessments.
4.
Each re-examination is $80 and will be charged separately. Participants are only allowed to retake each
workshop’s exam once.
5.
Refunds will NOT be provided for course cancellations made after taking any ACCP workshop. A full refund
will be provided for participants who cancel at least 2 weeks before their first workshop begins.
6.
PGAHI reserves the right to cancel ACCP 2013 workshops and schedule participants in similar workshops
in the following year. Cancellations, if any, will be made known to participants no later than 2 weeks
before the course begins.
