General Conditions of Sale
All India Association of Industries (AIAI) and World Trade Centre (WTC) Mumbai hereinafter referred to as organisers of INDIALLIA
2012
Article 1:
In order to register, the participant shall send payment in favour of AIAI or shall present a cheque for a payment of the total amount of the
participants preferred option to his/her Chief of Delegation. As soon as this amount has been received, a receipt stating the full amount
shall be sent to the participant. No registration is confirmed without receipt of full payment.
Article 2:
Registration fees paid by the company in relation to this event shall include the services mentioned in the “Package Options” document
attached hereto. Any services which are not included in the various package option, i.e. meals and additional breakfasts and any other
expenses not listed in this annexes document, such as dry cleaning, telephone, mini-bar, etc., shall be charged to the participant and paid
directly by him/her to the service provider. It is being understood that Indiallia 2012 shall not be held liable for any debts incurred by the
participant.
Article 3:
a)
Obligations in relation to the event:
 The company agrees to fill in all documents relating to its participation in the event, within given time limits. These signed
documents shall be sent by mail, fax or e-mail or submitted directly on-line on the website : www.indiallia.com
 Organisers cannot be held responsible for any incomplete and/or incorrect information published in the Indiallia 2012 catalog.
Organiser reserves the right to refuse a company’s participation without assigning any reasons.
 Organisers reserves the right to cancel a company’s participation and to hold it responsible for this cancellation, if the company
does not provide the items and documents required for the purpose of the service which it has undertaken to provide, within
the proper time limits: - Registrations are opened until March 23, 2012.
- 50% payment required at registration
- Remaining must be paid on or before March 30, 2012
In this event, Organisers are not liable for any expenses incurred by the participant.
b)
Use of internet during the event: When using Internet access provided during the Indiallia 2012 event, the user will refrain from
transmitting or downloading any prohibited, illicit, immoral or illegal data, contrary to law or public order that may affect the rights
of a third party, in particular with regard to intellectual, literary, artistic or photographic property rights. The participant will refrain
from any fraudulent or excessive use which could disrupt the availability of the Internet service. Organisers will not be held
responsible for damages which may result from the use of this Internet access not for the disturbances or interruptions in the
service.
c)
Civil liability of the participants: Each participant agrees to check the extent of its civil liability with its insurance company for the
entire duration of the event and hereby fully release and forever discharge, Indiallia 2012, All India Association of Industries, World
Trade Centre, Mumbai, the Futurallia Association, all partner organizations, and each of its directors, officers, employees, agents and
representatives of and from any and all actions, suits, controversies, liabilities, claims and demands, whatsoever in law or equity,
which the participant or his/her executors, administrators or heirs ever had, now has or may have in the future by reason of any
matter, including but not limited to, any cause of actions that might arise out of or in connection with his/her participation in the
activities of Indiallia 2012 and / or the Indiallia 2012 event.
d)
Unless otherwise indicated, the participant agrees that its image may be used for commercial purposes, during filming at the event.
e)
Follow-up of the event: The company agrees to inform Organisers of any results which may be gained from participation in this
event, by filling in the assessment questionnaire presented to it at the end of the event.
Article 4:
Cancellation terms and conditions: Registration fees can be refunded if cancellation is made before March 23, 2012. A penalty of 250 USD
shall be paid by the participating company in the event of cancellation between March 23rd – 30th 2012. Registration fees are nonrefundable after March 30, 2012. However, registration is transferrable between representatives of the same company.
Article 5:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws enforced in India and shall be governed, construed and interpreted according to the
Indian laws.

) a copy of the wire transfer. If you cannot send us the copy of wire transfer we cannot identify your payment and it will be not posted to
your account on time.
