demonstrated qualities of leadership in an
elected or appointed high school student
office for the 2015-2016 school year. The
program is merit based and highly
competitive. In addition, each student
receives a one-time $5,000 undergraduate
college scholarship with encouragement to
pursue coursework in history and political
science. Must be a permanent resident of
