Could we add things such as, how transcripts are evaluated, is this “smooth or effective”? There is currently statewide work ongoing working on statewide alignment of course numbers/names as a community college group. Degree articulation agreements/DPP - Ann, talk with Katie Winder Focus on making “on purpose employer connections” surveys, forums, one on one interviews for data sources and getting face to face time to build our relationships Look into surveys that are already being sent out from the career center and from the career fair Is there some other source we can use with employers to get more information about our postgraduate students (especially after more than 1 year following graduation)? For Objective D - “Programs will respond to the changing needs of industry and community employers.” - do not change the question but look at sources and look at how data is collected For Objective E - “CTE graduates will have higher salaries, and the region will see a strong return on investment.” o Actionable: CTE graduates will experience significant wage increase as compared to their prior-to-credential earnings.” - Do we want to define “significant” Can we bring someone like Will Summers to help us with data analysis and how we collect - Justene has the name of the other analyst : o Shawna Sykes Workforce Analyst/Economist Desk Phone: (503) 397-4995 ext. 232 Cell Phone: (503) 396-7355 Email: Shawna.L.Sykes@oregon.gov Reviewed MERIT’s recommendations for 15/16: Merit Proposed Campus Goals for 2015-16: 1.
