Government Meeting Professionals, San Francisco Bay Area. Proceeds support SGMP’s continuing
educational programs, which are available to all members.

How you can help:
We ask you to donate a cash gift or in-kind item to be donated during our auction. In turn, the Society
of Government Meeting Professionals, Bay Area chapter will offer:
• Raffle item and marketing materials on display (please send a 8 ½ by 11 color flyer plus anything
else you want displayed)
• Thank you acknowledgement on our website
• Exposure to many influential meeting professionals throughout the Bay Area
Donation Ideas: Airline tickets, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, Tour tickets, fine dining,
theater and/or sports events tickets, spa treatments, gift baskets, vacation packages---the world is
truly the limit!
Note: SGMP is a 501(c) (6) organization and as such contributions or gifts are not deductible as
charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. Depending on your tax status, these may
be deductible as a business expense.

The SGMP Biannual Silent Auction has always generated a lot of excitement from all of our attending
members. We look forward to your enthusiastic support to help us reach our fundraising goals. You
