JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure the provision of an effective cleaning service to void properties.
KEY RESULT AREAS
REPORTS TO:
MEASURES OF SUCCESS
1.
To be able to undertake cleaning tasks
effectively in all void properties
including surrounding communal areas.
Use cleaning products safely, including
an awareness of COSHH and keep an
accurate stock record.

No recalls are raised that are
linked to the standard of
cleanliness of the property.

To be aware of bpha’s void standard
and to ensure that all properties
returned meet the standard. Ensure
that where appropriate key boxes are
returned to the Voids and Allocations
Team within agreed timescales.

each tenant, and the ability to deal
with a range of people in a polite and
courteous manner.
