Identity preserved acreage contract with DuPont Pioneer for
delivery to Premier Grain, LLC.

Harvest delivery to our elevator or store on-farm for buyer’s
call delivery.

Pioneer® brand soybeans with the Plenish® high oleic trait for
this program must be identity preserved.

$0.40/bushel premium for harvest delivery to our elevator or
$0.50/bushel premium for on-farm storage.

Harvest delivery to Sabina location.

Buyers call contracts from on-farm storage.

Grain purchase contract will be between Elevator and Grower.
Premium paid with grain settlement.

Discounts and delivery parameters for grade and moisture in
effect at time of delivery to apply.
