Often times your insurance will cover visits to doctors that are “In Network” much better than doctors who are out of network so you if you have a specific doctor that you want to go to just ask your insurance company if they are in network first. There are also ways to search for doctors in the area that are in your network on your insurance companies’ website. If you make an appointment at a doctor’s office in town, you can use the CARTS bus appointment if you can a day in advance & tell them the location you need to get to and where they should meet you.
