THAT the Committee of Adjustment grants relief from General Provisions Section 3.28
Minimum Distance Separation to reduce the minimum required setback from the livestock facility
proposed expansion to a neighbouring dwelling from the required 252 metres (828 ft) to 96 metres
(315 ft) and reduce the minimum required setback from the proposed livestock facility expansion
to a roadway from the required 50 metres (166 ft) to 26 metres (88 ft) (Roll No. 0411-009-00731000). CARRIED.

conditions for severance application File Numbers B-14/15 (attached) and recommends that the
conditions be forwarded onto the United Counties Transportation & Planning Department.
