Police Office prior to activating the fire alarm.
 Fire Drills: PERFORM two drills within the FIRST 30 DAYS at the start of the school year and one
per month during the school year.
 School Bus Drills MUST BE PERFORMED in September and February of each school year.
Completed copies of this form must be provided to your Network Liaison in November and April of
year school year.
