1. Project Details
Designated project proponent: Arrow CSG (Australia) Pty Lt
Description of the project: Arrow Bowen Pipeline; Bowen Gas Project
New construction of a coal seam gas production facility.
Arrow’s proposed Bowen Basin developments include the Arrow Bowen Gas Project (BGP) and the
Arrow Bowen Pipeline (ABP).
BGP includes the exploration and extraction of coal seam gas from the Bowen Basin, involving; 450500 wells, field compression facilities, central gas processing facilities, low and medium pressure
water and gas gathering infrastructure, water storage dams, water treatment facilities,
accommodation village, marshalling yard and access roads.
The ABP includes the development of a gas transmission pipeline to Gladstone involving; design and
engineering, procurement of pipe and valves and construction of the pipeline and associated
construction service.
Estimated project value: >$500M
Project location: Bowen Basin, Queensland; Main project operations centre is in Moranbah,
Queensland, and the main corporate centre is in Brisbane, Queensland.

3 Standards to be used in the project

Australian Standards or International equivalent will be used as a minimum.
4. AIP activities undertaken by the Project Proponent








Publish supply opportunities above $1M on the ICN Gateway.
Hold Local Supplier Briefings, attend networking events and present at conferences and
workshops to promote supply opportunities, prequalification information and project updates.
Arrow will develop and distribute a supplier information guide during the execute phase of the
project; with the guide made available on www.arrowenergy.com.au and www.arrow.icn.org.au.
Arrow will work with local supplier advocates and ICN Queensland to promote supply
opportunities, local supplier briefings and to proactively identify local capability.
Provide feedback upon to request to all suppliers that were unsuccessful in the ICN Gateway
short listing, prequalification or tendering stages.
Publish the details of winning contractors, including key procurement contact on ICN Gateway.
Report regularly on AIP activities and outcomes on a regular basis.
Flow down the AIP requirements to procurement entities.
