Arrow will utilise the ICN Gateway/ICN QLD to identify local capability. Arrow will utilise competitive sourcing practices for all opportunities. 3 Standards to be used in the project Australian Standards or International equivalent will be used as a minimum. 4. AIP activities undertaken by the Project Proponent Publish supply opportunities above $1M on the ICN Gateway. Hold Local Supplier Briefings, attend networking events and present at conferences and workshops to promote supply opportunities, prequalification information and project updates. Arrow will develop and distribute a supplier information guide during the execute phase of the project; with the guide made available on www.arrowenergy.com.au and www.arrow.icn.org.au. Arrow will work with local supplier advocates and ICN Queensland to promote supply opportunities, local supplier briefings and to proactively identify local capability. Provide feedback upon to request to all suppliers that were unsuccessful in the ICN Gateway short listing, prequalification or tendering stages. Publish the details of winning contractors, including key procurement contact on ICN Gateway. Report regularly on AIP activities and outcomes on a regular basis. Flow down the AIP requirements to procurement entities. AIP plan Summary – Project Phase Australian Industry Participation Authority Version 1.1 April 2014 3 5.
