Entries must be postmarked no later than November 29, 2013 for early entry. Late entries will be
accepted, but the entry fee for late entries will be $20.00 per animal per show. Showmanship will be $5.00
payable upon entering the ring and will show by their age on show day. Cattle will show on Saturday,
December 7, 2013. Market Hogs will have shows on both Saturday and Sunday. Market hogs, goats, steers,
market heifers, commercial heifers and lambs will show by weight only. Commercial heifers will be classified
as Brahman or non-Brahman only. We will not handle camper trailer entries or money. You must fill out a
separate form and send it to the Burton Complex for camper trailer registration. All heifers regardless of
breed classification or commercial designation may be entered as a market heifer. Open Braford Late Entries
will be $40.00/ head.

Liability: All exhibitors will be under the control and direction of the Management, but the Livestock Show
will in no case be responsible for any loss, injury or damage that may occur. Each exhibitor will be solely
responsible for any consequential or other loss, injury, or damage done to, or occasioned by, or arising from,
any animal or article exhibited by him/her and for its description as given within. He/she shall indemnify the
livestock show and Burton Coliseum against all legal or other proceedings in regard thereto as well as damage
or injury to any other person or property, caused by the exhibitor or any of the animals exhibited by him/her, or
arising out of, or in any way connected with such exhibition or any of the animals exhibited.

check in, i.e. ear tags, tattoos, brands, etc.
