The Metamorphosis: OBITUARY We have reached the end of The Metamorphosis and discovered that Gregor has passed away. His family and friends don’t realize that he has turned into the bug, therefore, do not realize that he died. Please do him a favour and write an obituary for Gregor. The obituary must include at least five (5) important facts about Gregor (life; his thoughts about his life, job, family etc – see list below). Please also include these five (5) facts on a separate piece of paper with the page numbers (obviously an obituary would not include page numbers but I need to know where you got your facts from). The following is a break down of information than an obituary usually contains. You may not find all of this information in The Metamorphosis but it will help you to decide the facts that you need to include in Gregor’s obituary. Note: Obituary’s do not have to be sad HAND THIS SHEET IN WITH YOUR OBITUARY – your rubric is on the back! I have also attached a copy of Albus Dumbledore’s obituary (headmaster in Harry Potter) written by Elias Dodge as a reference.
