Schedule of Events:
Thursday, April 9, 2015 – Optional practice round. Rate is $55.00.
6:30pm welcome dinner | Renaissance Hotel. Registration will be at the hotel outside the
banquet room, prior to the dinner.
Friday, April 10, 2015 – Round One – Team Matches; Shotgun start at 8am; Dinner on your own
Saturday, April 11, 2015 – Round Two – Singles Matches; Shotgun start at 8am;
Awards and lunch at Pelican Point Golf Club immediately following round
Hospitality Suite- Thursday evening through Saturday night
Practice Rounds: Practice rounds can be booked a week prior to play. There will be a block of tee
times available for practice rounds on Thursday, April 9 between 10:30 and 12:00. You might be
able to see if Pelican Point Golf Club will let you do it earlier. Call the golf shop for reservations at
(225) 746-9900, and mention EWGA Practice Round for $55 on weekdays and $65 on weekends. If
you run into any trouble booking rounds please call or email Sharon Madden immediately and she
will get on the phone with the golf shop then. Rounds may be scheduled for anytime during the
week and after noon or on the weekend. When planning a Thursday Practice Round, please
remember that Registration will start at 3PM, and the Welcome Reception and Dinner will begin
at 6:30PM.
Dress Standards: Regular ladies golf attire for course and casual attire for dinners

Release of Liability: by registering for this event, Lone Star Cup 2015, Registrant assumes all risk
and danger incidental to the game of golf and releases the Lone Star Cup 2015 Committee, EWGA
Chapters and the entire Association, Pelican Point Golf Club and Renaissance Hotel and their
respective officers, directors, employees, affiliates and agents and all participating players from
any and all liabilities resulting from such cases.
By payment of the Registration Fee, I agree to attend LSC 2015 under the terms detailed above
