I understand that because my GPA is not at or above a 3.0, I have not met all the ETM requirements. I understand
that because of extenuating circumstances, I am allowed to appeal for Probationary Status, which will enable me to
still enter the major with my ETM pool. I understand that by accepting Probationary Status, I agree to successfully
raise my GPA to a 3.0 or above by the end of the Fall semester.

I understand that if I do not complete the ETM GPA requirement by the end of fall following my spring ETM pool

non-certification major within the College of Education or to a different college within the University.
