About Writers of Westmoreland – Young Writers Institute 2015 Dear Parents/Families of Students Rising in Grades 4th -12th: This summer Franklin Regional is pleased to host the 2nd annual Writers of Westmoreland, Young Writers Institute. Writers of Westmoreland (WOW), in partnership with The Western Pennsylvania Writing Project and the University of Pittsburgh, allows aspiring young writers to explore multiple genres in a supportive, stimulating environment.
