The seminar will address a key challenge that public services and in particular utility and network providers in fields such as water, waste management, public transport and electricity are facing today: The need to improving productivity and efficiency in light of financial constraints and increasing external pressures. The seminar should focus in particular on the role of human resources management and HR innovations in this context.
