Measures – converting miles to kilometres. Solve problems involving the calculation of percentages (eg 15% of £2,500–
discounts), converting £ to Euros and other currency (use of conversion graphs) Grid references to locate places. Timetables
to plan the journeys.
Computing Research on ipads and tablets about countries and the ‘holiday’ destinations. Google Earth, maps and climate information.
Art + design Cityscapes using different media –paint, chalk, charcoal etc (see Cityscape images on the computer)

Traditional music from different countries – focus on European music.
Physical Ed Sports coach (1 hour) for athletics – preparation for sports day and swimming (45minutes)
