Proposal deadline: Friday, January 11, 2013
NGMA will be hosting its annual grants training conference at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington,
Virginia, from May 6-8, 2013.
NGMA is seeking engaging presentations that inform grants management professionals about best practices,
pushing the leading edge of the profession, while compelling the pursuit of excellence in grants management.
Our goal is to provide a balanced program that meets the variety of skill and interest levels of the audience,
presented by speakers of the highest quality who represent the professionalism and diversity of the NGMA
membership.
If you have an interesting presentation idea, you are invited to submit a proposal by completing the attached
application package no later than Friday January 11, 2013. If your proposal is accepted, you will have the
opportunity to finalize session information after you receive your acceptance notice. Conference presenters
play a critical role in shaping the NGMA conference, and presenters will gain visibility in the grants
management industry and contribute to the advancement of the grants management profession.
Please note that all confirmed presenters will be provided with a complimentary one-day conference pass for
the day of their session. If presenters are interested in attending the conference on additional days,
presenters are required to register and pay the associated discounted fees to attend the conference on the
days they aren’t presenting. Details are available by contacting Shelly Slebrch, NGMA Director of Business
Services, at slebrch@ngma.org or (202) 308-9443.
Speaker Presentation Applications will only be accepted in electronic format via email at slebrch@ngma.org.
Thank you for considering becoming a part of our 35th anniversary
